Wheelock Street Capital Names Builders to Construct Houses in Randal Park

ORLANDO-Wheelock Street Capital, a realty investment company, has selected M/I Homes and David Weekley Homes to build the first phase of a community comprising 750 homes, the residential part of Randal Park's mixed-use community in southeast Orlando.
