TAMPA, FL-A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing revealed that CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust has paid approximately $21.3 million for Sabal Pavilion, a 120,500-square-foot office building at 3620 Queen Palm Drive in Tampa's Sable Park development.
