McCarthy & Stone Buys Former Roath Steam Laundry Building

CARDIFF, UK-DTZ and Horace John, Forse & Co. have sold the old Roath Steam Laundry building in Cardiff to McCarthy & Stone, a developer of retirement homes and apartments, for an undisclosed amount.
