HSH Nordbank Buys Victory Park Condos, Retail Site at Auction

DALLAS-HSH Nordbank AG, a German-based lender, has acquired the remaining condos of a Victory Park project for $32 million and an adjacent retail lot for $3.5 million at a foreclosure auction.
